CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 c. sugar
2 c. cranberries
1 orange
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. red Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. warm water

Grind cranberries in food processor. Mix with sugar and let stand. Grind orange, peeling included. Mix water and gelatin. Add celery, pecans, and pineapple. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Makes about 30 servings.
