AUNT BONNIE'S CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
3/4 c. boiling water
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. sugar
1 c. ground cranberries
1 c. drained pineapple
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
1 chopped apple
1 ground orange
1/2 c. nuts
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Combine dissolved Jello, gelatin, pineapple juice and sugar. Heat mixture if needed to dissolve sugar. Cool mixture slightly and add other ingredients. Stir thoroughly and pour into mold or oblong Pyrex dish. Refrigerate.
