CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
1 chopped apple
2 oranges
1 (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
2/3 c. nuts
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 tsp. salt

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Dissolve Knox gelatin in 1/3 cup cold water and add to Jello. Stir cranberry sauce with other ingredients. Blend in with Jello mixture and chill and serve.
