GARLIC SCALLOPS 
3 tbsp. unbleached all-purpose flour
Salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
1 lb. scallops
2 tbsp. + 2 tsp. butter
2 to 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp. lemon juice

In a shallow bowl, combine flour and salt and pepper. Add scallops and toss to coat.

Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallops to skillet. Cook, turning several times, until cooked through, about 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice. 4 servings. Garlic lovers, enjoy!
