CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUFFLE 
6 slices buttered bread, cubed and crust removed
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. whole milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Arrange cubed bread in bottom of greased 8x10 inch casserole dish. Mix next four ingredient together and pour over bread. Let stand at least one half hour. Bake until done -- puffy and lightly brown (about 1/2 hour at 350 degree oven).
