FRANCES' CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up in bottom of pan
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put cheese on top of chicken. Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over cheese. Make 1 box of Stove Top Stuffing using 2 cups water and put over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
