CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. round steak, sliced thin
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 tomato, peeled & sliced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar

Place oil, steak, onion, garlic, and tomato in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover and cook on high for 8 minutes. Stir once. Dissolve cornstarch in water; add this, soy sauce, sugar and pepper to meat. Stir well; cover and cook on high 4 more minutes. Stir and cook on medium-low for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender.
