CHILI SAUCE 
24 real ripe tomatoes
8 onions
3 sweet green peppers
3 sweet red peppers
2 or 3 hot peppers

Cook all the above until tender and run through a sieve and add:

3 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 tbsp. ground allspice

Boil until thick and can.
