SWEET - N - HOT CHILI 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
20 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. Cajun stewed tomatoes
12 oz. red kidney beans
12 oz. small chili beans
10 oz. corn (canned)
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
8 oz. mushrooms
1/4 - 3/4 med. size onion
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
6 to 10 "Crystal" Tabasco peppers
1 tbsp. oregano
2 - 4 tbsp. salt
1 - 3 tbsp. pepper

Get a big pot and pour tomato sauce, Cajun stewed tomatoes (cut into smaller chunks), red kidney beans, small kidney beans, corn, mushrooms, sugar, Crystal Tabasco pepper (cut in very small pieces), oregano, salt and pepper. Put on low heat. Get a big skillet and put 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in it, then chop up green and red peppers and onion; cook on medium heat for 12 minutes (stirring every 3 minutes). Pour that into the big pot. Take ground beef and cook on medium heat for approximately 10 to 15 minutes, stirring every 3 minutes. Drain off grease and pour into big pot; cook on low to medium heat for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring every 10 to 15 minutes.
