CHILI SAUCE 
30 lg. ripe tomatoes
6 onions
6 pears
6 peaches
3 green peppers
3 red sweet peppers
1 lg. bunch of celery
4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. salt
40 oz. cider vinegar
1/2 c. mixed pickling spices

Chop all vegetables and fruit. Tie the pickling spices in muslin bag (discard before bottling). Mix together with remaining ingredients and simmer slowly until thick. Store in sterilized air tight jars.
