NO PEEK CHICKEN 
1 1/4 c. uncooked converted rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 soup can of water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 pkg. "Pick of the Chicken" or 3 breasts, 3 thighs and 3 drumsticks

Cut whole breasts in half, making 12 pieces of chicken. Remove skin from chicken. Combine rice, soups and water in a large saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until blended. Pour into buttered 9x13 baking pan. Spread mixture around. Place chicken on top of rice mixture, bone side down. Sprinkle chicken with dry onion soup mix. Cover with foil and poke holes in foil with fork. Do not uncover while baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
