CHOP AND POTATO SCALLOP 
4 or 5 pork chops
Flour
Salt
Pepper
6 c. thin sliced, uncooked potatoes
1/4 c. finely minced onion
3 c. thin cream sauce

Dredge chops in seasoned flour and brown. Arrange layers (alternate) of potatoes and onions in buttered shallow baking dish. Cover with cream sauce and top with browned chops. Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until chops and potatoes are fork tender.
