PORK CHOPS AND SCALLOPED
POTATOES
 
4 to 6 pork chops
Salt and pepper
Flour
6 c. thinly sliced potatoes, cooked
4 slices onion
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. milk

Season pork chops with salt and pepper; coat with flour. Brown in shortening in skillet. Spread potatoes and onion in 7 x 12-inch baking dish. Top with soup mixed with milk. Arrange chops over top. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
