SPINACH STUFFED SHELLS 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. jumbo shells
2 (9 oz.) pkgs. frozen creamed spinach
1 (15 oz.) Ricotta
1 (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
2 tsp. oregano

1. Prepare shells according to package.

2. Prepare spinach - open into a large bowl. Stir in Ricotta, Mozzarella, salt and pepper to taste.

3. Stuff each shell with about 1 tablespoon of spinach mixture. Place in baking dish.

4. Brown beef with onion and garlic. Stir in sauce and oregano, simmer 10 minutes.

5. Pour over shells.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
