3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 jar marshmallow creme
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 4 ingredients and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat. Then add the remaining ingredients and pour into a 9x13 inch pan to cool and set.
