EGGS PORTUGAL 
Serves 6 to 8.

ON BOTTOM:

8 slices white bread, cubed
1 1/2 lb. bulk brat meat
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese

TOP:

4 eggs
Dash salt
3 tbsp. mustard
2 1/2 c. milk
Can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. dry vermouth

Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees or 1 hour at 350 degrees. Can top with more cheese.
