CLAMS CASINO 
2 doz. sm. clams with half shells (little neck or cherry stone)
Colona (or other) bread crumbs (about 1 c.)
Small bowl
2 tsp. grated Parmesan
Pinch of oregano
Clam juice, some to mix, some to baste
2 tsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder (not salt)

Mix all ingredients forming a paste. Put a spread of mixture on each clam. Place under broiler. Baste with leftover clam juice to keep mixture on clam soft.
