CROCK POT CLAM CHOWDER 
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 (15 oz.) can condensed clam chowder (Snows)
1 (10 oz.) can baby clams
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 pint half and half
2 slices bacon
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
a little milk if needed to thin mixture
Black pepper to taste

Place bacon in bottom of crock pot. Add butter, onions and celery. Cook on high until butter melts and cook celery and onion about 15 minutes. Combine other ingredients and cook on high one hour - turn to low and continue to cook for about four hours.
