HAMBURGER STEW 
1 1/2-2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato soup
5-6 med. potatoes
2-3 stalks chopped celery
3-4 sticks carrots, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2-2 cans water

Brown hamburger; drain. Combine with other ingredients in casserole. Cover with 1 1/2-2 cans water. Stir. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, stir occasionally.
