GROUND BEEF STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
4 or 5 potatoes
4 or 5 carrots
1 can tomato paste
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
1 can peas with juice
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper

Brown beef, onion and celery. Cook potatoes and carrots together (drain). Put tomato paste, soup, water, peas, sugar and salt in Dutch oven. Add the rest of ingredients and cook about 20 minutes.
