HAMBURGER STEW 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
6-8 slices carrots or 1 can mixed vegetables
6 med. potatoes, cubed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup

Brown hamburger in dry skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook slowly in covered pan until vegetables are done, adding water if necessary.
