OYSTER STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1 pt. mushrooms
1 (5 oz.) can oysters, chopped
1/4 c. crumbled cooked bacon
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
Dash of basil
1 tbsp. oyster liquid

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems. Prepare mixture and heap into mushroom caps. Arrange on plate lined with paper towel. Microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
