OYSTER STUFFING 
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 apple, chopped with peel
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. raisins
4 eggs, beaten (may add 1 more if dry)
2 cans oysters with liquid
8-10 slices dry bread, torn to pieces (6 c.)

Toss ingredients gently. Stirring too much makes tough. Enough for 10 to 12 pound turkey. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
