CHEESY POTATOES 
4 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns (need 48 oz. total)
1 pt. half and half
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
2 sticks butter

Melt all of the above. Thaw hash browns. Break up and put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Pour cheese mixture over hash browns and let set for one hour. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
