DEBBIE'S PICKLED PASTA SALAD 
1 (12 oz.) bag bowtie or macaroni noodles
1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
1 small sweet onion
4 pickled sausages (Reser's Polish Sausage work the best)
1 (14 oz.) bottle vinaigrette salad dressing (I like Oven Roasted Tomato)
1 (6 oz.) jar sliced green olives with pimento

Boil noodles according to package directions. Drain.

Place noodles in large mixing bowl. Using food processor or chopper, cut black olives and artichoke hearts into very small pieces. Cut sweet onion into small dices. Cut pickled sausages into bite-sized pieces.

In mixing bowl, put salad dressing and mix thoroughly so the pasta doesn't clump. Add all remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Refrigerate for an hour, then remove from refrigerator and mix everything thoroughly.

Refrigerate until ready to use. Before serving, mix thoroughly and make sure each serving has several of the ingredients.
