POTATO SOUP | |
6 medium potatoes peeled and cubed 2 bay leaves 1 medium onion chopped 1/2 tbsp. salt 1 tsp. black pepper parsley sliced sausage 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. flour water Put potatoes, onion, pepper, salt, bay leaves, parsley and sausage in stock pot. Add water till about 2 inches above potatoes. Cook until potatoes are almost done. Take sausage out and put to side. In small bowl mix sour cream, flour and some hot liquid from soup. Mix till smooth, add to soup pot. Add sausage back to pot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve. |
