SAUSAGE AND POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. smoked sausage 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hashbrowns 1 can Cream of Celery soup 2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. green onions, chopped 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces. Mix soup, sour cream, onions, milk and spices. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan half package hash browns. Place sausage on top of potatoes and pour half mixture over sausage. Sprinkle with 1 cup of cheese. Add rest of potatoes, remaining soup mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover with foil for first 30 minutes, then remove foil. Serve 10 to 12 minutes. |
