GRANNY G.'S POUND CAKE 
3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 c. butter
1 c. whipping cream

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time. Mix well after each addition. Add flour 1/3 cup at a time, mixing after each addition. Add whipping cream. Bake in 275 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours then bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. This may take a little longer. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
