1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake

Mix according to directions. Add 1 stick Land O'Lakes real butter. Cook and cool layers.

ICING:

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can Carnation milk
1/4 c. cocoa

Dissolve this with a little of the Carnation. When dissolved; add remaining Carnation. Cook in an iron skillet until it runs slowly down a saucer. Then add 1/2 stick real butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
