SALSA CON QUESO 
1 (12 oz.) jar Ortega mild, medium or hot thick and chunky salsa
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasteurized processed cheese, cut up
Assorted cut up vegetables or tortilla chips

In saucepan, over medium-low heat, heat salsa and cheese, stirring constantly until cheese melts and is well blended. Serve hot as a dip with vegetables or chips. Cover and store any leftover dip in refrigerator, reheat over low heat to serve.

Microwave: In 1 1/2 quart microwavable bowl, heat salsa and cheese at Medium (50% power) for 7 to 9 minutes until cheese melts and is well blended, stirring every minute. Stir well, serve as above. Reheat leftovers in microwave at high until heated through, stirring every minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
