CREAMY AU GRATIN POTATOES 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
4 c. frozen Ore Ida Southern Style Hash Browns or Potatoes O'Brien
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 1 quart casserole. In 1 quart saucepan over medium heat, cook onion until tender. Stir in soup and cubed cream cheese; cook, stirring constantly until smooth and hot. In casserole, mix potatoes and sauce. Mix cheese in all at once also. Cover and bake 45 minutes until sauce is bubbly.
