SPICY SWEET POTATO WEDGES | |
2 lb. potatoes 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. chili powder 3/4 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. cider vinegar Heat oven to 475°F. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch wide wedges. Toss with vegetable oil, sugar, chili powder and salt. Spread on a greased baking sheet. Roast 15 to 20 minutes, shaking them once during cooking. Take out of oven and drizzle with maple syrup mixed with cider vinegar. |
