SHORT CUT LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (12 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese (1 1/2 c. about)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
4 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked and well drained
3 (4 oz. each) pkgs. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 c.)

Oven at 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, cook and stir meat, onion, salt and garlic powder until meat is brown and onion tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mix cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes. In ungreased baking dish, 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches, layer half each noodles, sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese mixture; repeat. Cover and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes. Cut into squares. 6 servings.
