SLOPPY JOES 
20 lbs. hamburger
18 cans chicken gumbo soup
Onions, chopped (use own judgment)
2 c. + 4 tbsp. catsup
1 c. + 2 tbsp. mustard
Pepper (use own judgment)

In skillet brown beef and onion in shortening. Stir in meat particles. Add soup and seasonings. Simmer to blend flavors. Stir now and then. Serve on buns. Recipe for Bazaar.
