SLOPPY JOES 
3 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
8 hamburger buns
Shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat in a large skillet. Add onion and celery and cook until tender. Drain and set aside. Add tomato soup, catsup, salt and pepper. Simmer 30 minutes. Spoon on warm hamburger buns and sprinkle with cheese. Serves 16.
