SAUSAGE AND CABBAGE 
1 lb. country sausage (hot)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 med. head cabbage, chopped
1 qt. tomatoes
Salt and pepper

Brown sausage, bell pepper and onion in skillet. Partially cook cabbage in a quart of water. Add tomatoes and sausage mixture; add salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes to an hour.
