1 c. butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring to boil butter, water and cocoa. Mix in flour and sugar. Add eggs and buttermilk with soda; beat well. Add boiled mixture and blend well. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

ICING:

1/2 c. buttery tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa
3-4 c. powdered sugar
