TEXAS SHEET CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
2 sticks butter
1 c. water
4 tbsp. cocoa

Combine flour, sugar, eggs, soda, salt and sour cream in a bowl. In a sauce pan bring to a boil butter, water and cocoa. Combine flour mixture and cocoa mixture. Bake in a greased and floured jelly roll pan at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 stick butter
6 tbsp. milk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Combine powdered sugar, vanilla and nuts. Bring to a boil butter, milk and cocoa.
