CREAM CHEESE BALL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 c. pecans, finely chopped (1 c. in cheese ball, 1 c. to roll ball in)

I chop pepper, onions, and nuts in blender. Mix all ingredients together, except one cup of nuts. Place in refrigerator to cool. Form into ball and roll in remaining cup of nuts. Serve with favorite crackers.
