SWEET - SOUR CHICKEN 
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing (red)
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
6 chicken breast halves

Combine Russian salad dressing, dry soup mix and preserves. Pour over chicken, which has been placed in large shallow baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees and baste occasionally with pan drippings. Serve hot with rice and the sweet and sour sauce.

Serves 6.
