REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
7 c. sliced thin cucumbers
2 tbsp. pickling salt
1 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. sliced onions
1 rounded tsp. celery seed
1 c. sliced red or green peppers (optional)

Mix cucumbers and salt; put in refrigerator for 1 hour to soak. Heat vinegar and sugar slightly until sugar dissolves. Combine onions, celery seed, and peppers to everything above. Keep in refrigerator for 1 week before eating. Keep refrigerated.
