3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
2 whole eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar

Mix well together; pour into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. butter

Mix topping ingredients and spread on casserole ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees until brown.
