3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3/4 stick butter
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Coconut (optional)

Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

ix together:

1 c. corn flakes
3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans

Pour over above baked casserole. Place back in 400 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes.
