RHUBARB JELLY 
6 c. rhubarb, finely chopped
3 c. sugar (fine)
6 oz. strawberry Jello

Mix rhubarb and sugar. Set aside for one hour.

Cook rhubarb and sugar for 10 minutes, then add strawberry Jello. Bring this to a boil. Then put jelly into jars.
