RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 bell peppers
1 med. onion, chopped
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. rice (UNCLE BEN'S® converted rice)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 pt. tomatoes, drained
3 c. water

Brown beef and drain. Add pepper, onion, rice, bouillon cube and all other ingredients except tomatoes. Bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer. Cook 25 minutes, stirring often until water is all gone. Add tomatoes.
