CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. seafood seasoning
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 slice bread
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
butter

Soak slice of bread in beaten egg. Check crab meat for shells. Add rest of ingredients and mix together. Shape into cakes and brown in butter.
