RUBEN CASSEROLE | |
2 (#2) cans shredded sauerkraut, drained 8 oz. pkg. egg noodles, cooked 1 1/2 (12 oz.) can corned beef, shredded 2 cans cream of chicken soup 4 tbsp. dry mustard 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped onion 12 oz. Swiss cheese, slices 1/2 c. rye bread crumbs Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Put sauerkraut in bottom of pan, then add cooked noodles. Sprinkle chopped onion on top of noodles. Put on one layer of Swiss cheese and sprinkle with shredded corned beef. Add remainder Swiss cheese and sprinkle with rye bread crumbs on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
