TEXAS WAGON - WHEEL STEAKS 
1 flank steak (have butcher tenderize)
Adolph's Natural Meat Tenderizer
Garlic salt
Cracked pepper
Parsley flakes
About 1/2 lb. bacon, limply fried and drained
Sandwich picks

Lay out flank steak, widest end towards you. Sprinkle lightly with meat tenderizer, then garlic salt, cracked pepper, and parsley flakes. Arrange bacon slices lengthwise to cover steak. Starting with wide end, roll up steak tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill overnight. Slice into 3/4 inch slices and secure each with a sandwich pick. Broil or charcoal grill approximately 10 minutes on each side until browned to desired doneness.
