APPLE PUDDING 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. pared chopped apples

Beat eggs; gradually add sugar, beating after each addition. Sift flour, baking powder and salt; add to egg/sugar mixture. Stir in vanilla, nut and apples.

Pour into a buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with whipped cream. Will make about 6 servings.
