BEEF STEW 
3 lb. stew meat
3 med. onions
1 c. celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
5 carrots, cut into bite size
4 potatoes, cut into chunks
Several garlic cloves
Pepper and salt
1 can tomato soup
1 can beef broth
1 pkg. frozen peas
3 heaping tbsp. tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar

Place meat, onions, celery, carrots, and potatoes in layers. Sprinkle with tapioca, sugar, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix soup with broth. Pour over stew. DO NOT STIR. Cover tightly. Place in 250 degrees for 5-6 hours. DO NOT TAKE COVER OFF for 5-6 hours. Remove from oven and frozen peas, stir, cover and let stand 10 minutes. Serve with crusty rolls.
